A precursor for what would later become 'Bilby', we shot 'Whip' as a test to:

1) check the viability of filming inside an ice cream van, which proved completely impractical.

2) I couldn't get the idea of an elder ice cream van man left dizzying over a phone call from a long lost love, and the opportunity that presented him to venture forth and make amends,
